Voter registration drive planned by Montclair League of Women Voters on Sep. 17 in Montclair. Eligible registrants can sign up at Montclair library’s Main Branch from 2-6 p.m. when they bring a N.J. ID or last four digits of their Social Security number. The deadline to register is Oct. 15.
