NJ-10 Special General Election Day
September 18, 2024
New Jersey’s 10th congressional district special general election is Sep. 18 for voters in parts of Hudson, Union, and Essex Counties. Voters can elect Democrat LaMonica McIver or Republican Carmen Bucco to fill Rep. Donald Payne Jr.’s seat through Jan. 3. Early voting is available through Sep. 16. Regular polling locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on election day throughout the 10th District.
