Essex County Beekeepers Society February 2024 “Basic Beekeeping 3-Day Short Course”

Essex County Beekeepers Society to host “Basic Beekeeping 3-Day Short Course” starting on Feb. 10 in Roseland. The event is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Garibaldi Hall in the Essex County Environmental Center. It will cover honeybee biology, beekeeping equipment, and how to harvest a honey crop. The class meets on Feb. 10, 17, and an undetermined date for a field day. Preregistration is required. Admission is $130.
