Bloomfield Center Alliance plans 2023 Harvestfest on Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the corner of Washington St. and Glenwood Ave. including carnival games and prizes, face painting, food trucks, music, performances, and beer and wine.
