N.J. Office of the Public Defender plans expungement clinic Nov. 6 in Newark

Expungement clinic planned with N.J. Office of the Public Defender and Stono Public Affairs on Nov. 6 in Newark. It is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 106 Sussex Ave. Expungement is the removal of an individual’s criminal records. There will be free legal consultations about expungement eligibility and paperwork. Registration is required.
