Montclair library to host “Black Citizenship in the Age of Jim Crow” virtual presentation by the New York Historical Society on Feb. 22. The event is from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and will explore Black Americans’ struggle for equality under Jim Crow. Preregistration is required.
