West Orange library collecting donations to fill budget gap for 10 Rooney Circle location construction cost

West Orange library is collecting donations to cover a budget gap for its new location at 10 Rooney Circle. The gap is the result of a 30 percent increase in construction costs that was not accounted for when the budget for the project was made in 2019.
