Citywide clean-up planned Nov. 7 in East Orange

Citywide clean-up planned on Nov. 7 in East Orange. It is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participants meet at 9 a.m. at 44 City Hall Plaza. There will be free cleaning supplies, gloves, and trash bags, free t-shirts, and free breakfast. Registration is required.
