New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission mobile unit to be stationed in Bloomfield on Aug. 25. Services are available from 9 a.m to 2 p.m. at 1 Municipal Plaza. Appointments for registration renewal and replacement title accepted online. Disability placards and license plate returns do not require appointment.

Adults and youth can participate in Essex County parks’ photography contest until Sep. 9. Submissions must include photos of different local parks. Photos will be displayed at the Essex County Environmental Center throughout October.
