Nutley youth can register for the recreation department’s 2026 fall programs. Offerings include writing, crafts, dance, and more. Full list of programing is available online. Registration is available online.

New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission mobile unit to be stationed in Bloomfield on Aug. 25. Services are available from 9 a.m to 2 p.m. at 1 Municipal Plaza. Appointments for registration renewal and replacement title accepted online. Disability placards and license plate returns do not require appointment.

Food handler course planned by Bloomfield health department on Aug. 25. Classes are from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Bloomfield Civic Center. It will be led in Spanish. Admission is $40. Register by calling 973-680-4024. Open to non-Bloomfield residents.
