Bloomfield’s CAPER public hearing is Aug. 12

Bloomfield’s Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report public hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12. It begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers. The CAPER public hearing will evaluate programs that meet priority needs and objectives listed in the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan.
