New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to offer free vehicle inspections on Jul. 21 in Nutley. The station will be located at Monsignor Owens Field Parking Lot, 75 Park Ave., between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Appointments not required. Bring your driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of N.J. insurance. Vehicles can be inspected up to two months before inspection is due.
