“Black History Month Community Panel” planned with Bloomfield College of Montclair State University on Feb. 12 in Bloomfield. It begins at 4 p.m. at Van Fossan Theater, 449 Franklin St. Panelists will discuss the legacy of the Declaration of Independence and how it relates to Black Americans. Registration is not required.
