Nutley introduces two zoning laws after Prism Capital Partners withdraws warehouse application

From Nutley Township.

Prism Capital Partners withdrew its application to build a warehouse along Kingsland Street in Nutley, according to township officials. The Nutley Board of Commissioners met earlier this month and introduced two ordinances to address the site at 275 Kingsland Ave. Both establish an overlay zone, which expands zoning regulations and permit use in a designated area. The first ordinance would transform 275 Kingsland Ave. into a data center, and the second would convert 340 Kingsland St. into a medical office. The public can share feedback on the proposed ordinances during the township’s Jul. 1 meeting at Town Hall, scheduled for 7 p.m.
