Nutley billing system error incorrectly charges residents sewage fees

Some Nutley residents were incorrectly billed a sewage charge in their water bill due to a system error. Residents should only pay the water portion of bills received before Aug. 1. If residents already paid the sewage fee, it will be credited in the next water and sewage bill.
