South Orange health plans a free rabies vaccine clinic for cats and dogs on Jun. 2 The clinic is available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the South Essex fire department. Owners must have up-to-date pet licenses to participate. The service is open to South Orange and Maplewood residents.
