“National Puppy Day Celebration” planned with Meadowland Park Conservancy on Apr. 18 in South Orange. It is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Flood’s Hill. There will be free rabies vaccinations, gift bags, and a chance to win a gift card.
