Montclair YMCA to host a free “Youth Mental Health First Aid Training” for ages 18+ on Feb. 10. The event, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., will teach attendees how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use among youth. Registration is required by email.
