Bloomfield town council Dec. 11 meeting approved moved two real estate development projects forward in Bloomfield Center. Resolutions included approval of Bloomfield Broad Associates as the township’s developer for properties located at the corner of Washington and Broad streets and beginning negotiations with Franklin Development Group for redevelopment of 666-668 Bloomfield Ave.
