West Orange “Super Hero Costume Party” for Children with Disabilities

West Orange plans “Super Hero Costume Party” for children with disabilities and their families on Oct. 18 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Toby Katz Center. Dinner will be served for all guests. This event is open to residents and non-residents. Preregistration is required in Community Pass.
