Free Halloween-themed mini film festival planned by West Orange Downtown Alliance on Oct. 26. Films will be shown from 4-5:30 p.m. at Thomas Edison National Historical Park. It includes “Annabelle Serpentine Dance,” “Dickson Experimental Sound Film,” “The Great Train Robbery,” and “Frankenstein.”
