West Orange Arts Council plans “Untitled Small Works” exhibit through May 18. The exhibit features 23 artists and is available for viewing on Saturdays from 12-4 p.m. by appointment. There will be an opening reception Apr. 27 from 1-4 p.m. at 551 Valley Rd.
