West Orange Arts Council is seeking artists for its “Celebrating African-American Elegance: Black History Month” exhibit by Jan. 27. Work must be wired or hanging and dropped off at 551 Valley Rd. in West Orange. The reception is planned for Feb. 10. Artists must be West Orange Arts Council members.
