West Orange plans 2023 tree lighting ceremony Dec. 2. The event starts at 4:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 66 Main St. There will be live music, a train ride, petting zoo, free Christmas ornament give-away, photos with Santa, and a Santa mailbox.
