“BARKtoberfest” pet adoption event planned with Turtle Back Zoo on Sep. 20 in West Orange. Attendees can adopt dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Berson Family Center. There will also be a pet costume contest, vendors, and food trucks. Free admission
