South Orange-Maplewood SEPAC plans “The Essentials of an Effective IEP” workshop series for caregivers with students in grades K-5 on Feb. 28 in Maplewood. Attendees will learn how to take an active role in their children’s IEP at 7 p.m. at Clinton Elementary School’s library.
