People ages 21-29 can sign up for free pap smear screenings with Rutgers Medical School through Jan. 31 in Newark. It is part of Rutgers’ “31 Paps in 31 Days” campaign. It is available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 90 Bergen Street, Suite 4400.
