NJPAC September 2024 Redevelopment Community Forum

Essex County residents can attend NJPAC’s community forum on Sep. 10 in Newark to share feedback on its redevelopment plan. The plan calls for 350 mixed-income residential units, retail spaces, and an arts education community center in Newark’s downtown area. The project has been underway sine 2019 with $20 million project funding from the Cooperman Foundation. The forum is scheduled for 6 p.m. at NICO Kitchen + Bar at NJPAC, 1 Center St. Registration is required.
