Free healthcare enrollment assistance planned by NJ Citizen Action Education Fund on Nov. 12 in Elizabeth. Assistance is available for NJ FamilyCare or Get Covered NJ from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Elizabeth library. There will also be information about N.J.’s “Cover All Kids” medical insurance program. Workshops are available in Spanish and English.
