Newark NAACP May 2026 “The Fierce Urgency of Now” Awards Gala Fundraiser

People can attend NAACP-Newark’s Freedom Fund Gala on May 2. It is from 1-5 p.m. at 1020 Broad St. in Newark. Lieutenant Gov. Dr. Dale G. Caldwell will be a guest speaker at the event. Tickets are available online for purchase. Proceeds will benefit the NAACP-Newark branch.
