Newark library to host 2023 “Kwanza Celebration” Dec. 28 at the main branch. There will be a candle-lighting ceremony, music by Victor Daze, a panel discussion, and arts and crafts starting at 5 p.m. The event will be in-person at the James Brown African American Room and streamed on Facebook Live.
