Newark plans “Newark360 Master Plan: North Ward Community Meeting” on Jan. 29. Mayor Mayor Ras J. Baraka and North Ward Council Member Anibal Ramos will discuss changes to the ward’s land use and zoning regulations at 6 p.m. at Park Elementary School. The meeting will allow for discussion about new housing developments, home-based business opportunities, and affordable homeownership.
