Mountainside Medical Center February 2024 “Heart Health Cooking” Class

Mountainside Medical Center to host “Heart Health Cooking” class on Feb. 14 in Montclair. The event, scheduled from 1-2 p.m., will feature a talk from cardiologist Harold Kim and registered dietitian Camille Gregorio. Participants will have the opportunity to sample heart-healthy dishes and will be entered in a raffle to win a heart healthy cookbook. Preregistration is required.
