Montclair’s Fourth Ward community meeting with Councilor Aminah Toler and At-Large Councilor Bill Harrison is scheduled for Oct. 29. It begins at 6:30 p.m. at 1 Pine St. It will discuss park updates, Station 3 Firehouse, public library improvements, and municipal budget hearings. A Q&A session will follow.
