Exhibit of oral history project “East Orange Voices” will open on Feb. 13 at East Orange library. It includes four conversations with former East Orange Democratic chairperson and director of senior services Catherine Willis, Essex County prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, authors Wade and Cheryl Hudson, and producer Dorathaan Kirk. The free event is from 12-7 p.m.
