Hilton Neighborhood Association to host a free Black History Month celebration with Assemblywoman Garnet Hall on Feb. 15 in Maplewood. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. at DeHart Community Center. Hall will discuss her journey as a Black woman in politics, from activism in Montclair to government in Maplewood, and her role as assemblywoman.
