HANDS 2023-2024 Home Improvement Grants Application Deadline

Applications are open for eligible Orange and West Orange residents to receive up to $15K for home improvement. 2023-2024 Housing and Neighborhood Development Services (HANDS) grants are available for the repair or replacement of bathrooms, kitchens, windows, doors, roofs, porches, awnings, gutters, and other qualifying home projects in certain neighborhoods. The deadline to apply is Oct. 31.
