Black History Month celebration planned by the Essex County Board of County Commissioners on Feb. 26 in Newark. Honorees include Diane Anglin from Montclair NAACP and Programs for Parents and Diane Colson from People’s Organization for Progress. It begins at 6 p.m. Refreshments available.
