Essex County’s “Family Day” is scheduled on Apr. 12 in Newark. It is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Branch Brook Park. There will be paddle boats, crafts, face painting, a bouncy house, food vendors, and stage entertainment. Free admission. Registration is not required.
