East Orange public schools plans “Cozy Coat Drive Distribution” for students in grades Pre-K-5 on Nov. 8 at 9 a.m. at Ecole Toussaint Louverture Elementary School. Volunteers can also sign up to help distribute coats by contacting school’s principal by phone or email.
