East Orange Library November 2024 “Teen Craft: DIY Washer Necklaces”

East Orange-area youth in grades 8-12 can make necklaces at the East Orange library on Nov. 4. The event is from 4-5:30 p.m. There will be washers, paper, and decoupage for decorating. Registration is not required.
