“Haunted Carnival and Trunk or Treat” planned by East Orange on Oct. 31. The events will be at Elmwood Park. The trunk or treat is from 5-6 p.m. and the carnival is from 6-8 p.m. There will be a re-enactment of Michael Jackson’s dance to “Thriller.”
