Dr. E. Alma Flagg Elementary School to host “Parenting Partners” classes starting on Feb. 20 in Newark. The six-session series is held Tuesdays from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Attendees will learn about positive parenting, efficient communication, and instilling confidence in children. Register by phone.
