Bloomfield SEPAC December Meeting

Bloomfield SEPAC plans a virtual meeting for members Dec. 5. The meeting is from 5-6 p.m. and will feature a presentation by Arc of Essex County, an organization that provides habilitation, recreation, respite and communication services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
