Rabies clinic for cats and dogs planned with Bloomfield Animal Shelter on May 17. Dogs must be leashed and cats must be in carriers. It is from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Fire Station 3, but residents are asked to visit during designated time slots, which is available for viewing online. Free for Bloomfield residents.
