Belleville homeowners can attend an information workshop on Apr. 18 and Apr. 20 to learn about the 2026 Home Improvement Program, offering up to $22,000 in repairs. The workshop is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Apr. 18 and from 5-7 p.m. at Belleville Senior Center. Eligibility depends on the homeowner’s gross annual household income and the need of the home for major system repairs like roofing, doors, insulation, windows, among others.
