Bloomfield to start its first microforest this fall

Bloomfield will start its first microforest this fall at 13 Clinton St. A microforest is small forest meant to reduce flooding, lower temperatures, clean the air, and restore biodiversity. It is in collaboration with Greener Bloomfield and the PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies Green Teams. A start date is not yet announced.
