South Orange March 2025 “Stronger Than Steel: The Senator Wynona Lipman Story” Film Screening

Film screening of “Stronger Than Steel: The Senator Wynona Lipman Story” planned on Mar. 29 in South Orange. It begins at 2 p.m. with a discussion with filmmaker Celeste A. Bateman and Gale Britton, president of Board of Trustees of Wynona’s House. Film screening will follow. Sen. Wynona Lipman was N.J.’s first Black female state senator. Lipman represented most of Newark for 27 years. Admission is free. Registration is recommended.
