Newark Library January 2025 Application Assistance: State Rental Assistance Program

Newark-area residents can receive free assistance for completing the State Rental Assistance Program’s pre-application on Jan. 29 at Newark library’s Main Branch. SRAP provides housing subsidies for very low-income residents. Eligible applicants must bring the names, Social Security numbers, and birthdates for each household member. Enrollment closes Jan. 31 at 5 p.m.
