Eligible N.J. residents can apply for the State Rental Assistance Program starting Jan. 13. SRAP provides housing subsidies for very low-income residents. A total of 6,000 households will be selected on a lottery basis and placed on the SRAP waiting list. Applicants must meet all SRAP income and eligibility requirements. Applications close Jan. 31.
